Sales & Marketing Assistant: Technology Services for Financial Operations

The Inside Sales Representative will be using the phone and e-mail to sell our financial automation research and advisory services to financial professionals.

  • Responsible for lead generation and business development consisting of developing contacts, following up on web site and trade show leads, and cold calling prospects.
  • Assist Marketing Manger with contact database organization, market research, and various administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFYING POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW:

  • Background in financial operations – banking, billing, collections, loans, payables or treasury is strongly desired.
  • Marketing degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of CURRENT successful telemarketing or sales experience working on the phone to sell services to companies regionally or nationally
  • We will only consider candidates with strong telemarketing skills in a business to business environment or collections professionals from a corporate credit or collections department.
  • Excellent telephone skills and a history of knowing how to connect to decision makers.

Are you a good, no, a great listener? Can you develop a strong relationship over the phone? Do you have a great phone approach and loads of energy and interpersonal skills?

In order to reach your revenue potential, you must love to cold call by phone with the ability to identify who is and who is not a prospect.
