Purchase to Pay Benchmarking Groups provide structured forums for managers in Accounts Payable, Finance, and Procurement to drive purchase to pay excellence at their organizations. Her responsibilities include oversight of UPMC’s Procurement Operations and Accounts Payable Division which manages all of the centralized activities for 20 hospitals and 400+ physician divisions.  In this role, Kelly has guided the operational teams to automated/electronic processes, increased efficiency, and transformation to a paperless environment.
