PayStream has just learned of a big announcement from one of our partners, SciQuest: Beth Hendriks will be joining the company as its new chief technology officer.

Hendriks is coming to SciQuest from EMC, the $23B global IT company. As the senior director of engineering at EMC, she managed the protection of customer data and created technology roadmaps and delivery plans across multiple products.

This experience makes Hendriks more than qualified to be SciQuest’s new CTO. In her new role, she will be responsible for enhancing the breadth and depth of the SciQuest Spend Management Suite while also accelerating technology and user experience innovation.

SciQuest is excited to welcome Hendriks to their team. According to Stephen Wiehe, president and chief executive officer, “[Hendriks’] depth of experience and proven success in leading successful technology programs makes her a tremendous addition to our business and, more importantly, for our customers’ on-going success.”
