Hyland Software Acquires AnyDoc Software

Hyland Software, a recognized leader in the enterprise content management (ECM) industry, recently acquired AnyDoc Software, a market leader in automated document, data capture and classification solutions.

Acquiring AnyDoc matures Hyland’s continued efforts to enhance its industry expertise and to develop valuable software solutions for the market. Hyland is committed to providing the market with reliable and sophisticated enterprise content management (ECM) solutions and has expanded its solution suite and offerings with the acquisition of AnyDoc. The company will continue to deliver and support capture and ECM solutions and provide more features, options and capabilities than ever before.

As these organizations come together, AnyDoc will further extend Hyland’s industry leading ECM solutions. This union will not only ensure end users have a strong, reliable capture platform now and into the future, but will offer opportunities to leverage the OnBase product suite to expand and meet an organization’s complete ECM strategy.

With the addition of AnyDoc, Hyland will expand its ability to deliver more robust capture-enabled solutions. The AnyDoc data capture and classification technologies will enhance Hyland’s end-to-end solutions in vertical markets such as healthcare, insurance, and financial services and in departmental solutions such as accounts payable and mailroom.
