AnyDoc Software Named to 100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management List
AnyDoc Software, a Hyland Software solution and leading provider of automated document, data capture and classification solutions, has been named to the “100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management” list.
The prestigious list published by KMWorld magazine highlights companies that have a hand in creating, redefining or enhancing a market. AnyDoc began its business by tackling difficult-to-process forms and today develops solutions to eliminating problems associated with manual document processing for a wide array of industries—including health care, banking and financial institutions, utilities, manufacturing, service bureaus, and more.
AnyDoc’s flagship product, OCR for AnyDoc®, captures data from nearly any business document and validates it using custom business rules. Accurate, balanced data is then seamlessly transferred directly into existing business systems, including ERP, workflow, BPM, adjudication, ECM systems, and more. By eliminating manual processes, labor costs are greatly reduced and access to accurate data is accelerated, allowing organizations to respond more quickly to information and make better business decisions.
Solutions built upon the OCR for AnyDoc platform are tailored to handle complex document processing needs, including unstructured documents. For example, in accounts payable and accounts receivable, the solutions automate processing of invoices, remittances, and checks—lifting critical data regardless of where it resides on the document—to enable faster processing cycles and eliminate backlogs and bottlenecks. And, in the health care space, claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms are automatically processed, totals and subtotals balanced, with validated data seamlessly transferred into adjudication or patient accounting systems.
In addition, Infiniworx®, a capture workflow platform with more than 80 tools for creating custom document processing flows, empowers businesses to streamline email processing, digital mailroom, or patient records automation—without the need for coding and scripting. The platform allows incoming documents to be quickly identified and processed, eliminating tedious manual document preparation with a variety of classification methods including image-based, text-based, document content, and document attributes such as size.
This marks the fourth consecutive year AnyDoc has been selected as a Top 100 company by KMWorld.
