Structure
Purchase-to-Pay is often a long-term transformation and organizations today find themselves in varying stages of maturity of their purchase to pay process. Due to these factors, this certification will not take a “one and done” approach and instead will be broken into a three-series program, with each module containing its own body of knowledge, exam and certificate.
Module 1 – The P2P Foundation of Knowledge
This module was designed to:
– Educate, test and measure the individuals’ broad based knowledge of the accounts payable, procurement, and supply chain processes, as well as, define their functional linkages and interdependencies.
– Serve as a refresher course for those who have already been certified in Accounts Payable (such as APM, CAPP, or CAPA) or Purchasing (such as CPM or CPSM, or CSM)

• Chapter 3: The Accounts Payable Process

• Chapter 5: Supply Chain and Logistics

Module 2 – P2P Leadership and Best Practices
This module is designed to:
– Test and measure candidate’s knowledge and expertise in deep subject matter of P2P best practices, including analyzing and reporting metrics, utilizing lean process management, change management, and building an end-to-end process.
– To provide the P2P best practices and leadership skills needed by the P2P professional
– To establish the criteria for a P2P leader to be successful in implementing best practices and transforming the P2P process for their organization.

Module 3 – P2P Strategic Direction
This module was designed to:
– Test and measure the P2P professional’s knowledge and expertise of the supplier management process and significance of automation.
– Establish a solid knowledge basis of the automation alternatives available and how they apply to the P2P process.

The online version of the course is a self-study program with pre-recorded video training sessions and an in-depth study manual. After completing your training, you can take the certification exam online.
