Implementation
If you choose to work with PayStream Advisors you can expect to be part of a proven implementation process which will take your business needs from an initial project outline to a fully implemented solution. The following notes will give you an outline of what to expect during this process and some explanation of our advisory procedures and service levels.
Project Specification
PayStream Advisors will provide you with a Project and Requirements Template that documents the project detail and capabilities of your team. Based on this document, we will work with you to prepare a detailed Project Specification that documents the agreed work scope for your project and ultimately forms an attachment to the contract.
During the development of the Project Specification, we will work with you to help you benefit from the experience we have accumulated in developing and monetising other engagements.
Project Team
We will each convene a project team to work together for an intensive period during the development of your project. The PayStream Advisors team will consist of a Project Manager, a business analyst, and other special resources as required by your project. The team will be assisted by your PayStream Advisors Account Manager and Managing Partner, as necessary.
