What changes are coming to the COSO framework?
The COSO Internal Control Integrated Framework was developed by the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission in 1992, the COSO framework is the most widely accepted basis for establishing an internal control structure that meets the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
