Things have been successful in Brazil this month—at least for two PayStream Advisors sponsors, ReadSoft and Invoiceware. The two automated solutions providers have both signed agreements to manage e-invoicing for the Brazilian business units of large global companies.
Riding off the success of their recent expansion in Mexico, Invoiceware International will now be managing invoicing for an Aerospace manufacturer. Due to Invoiceware’s expertise and presence in Latin America, they are being hired to handle the manufacturer’s Brazilian invoice processing in particular. Their hybrid-cloud server, multilingual project management, and diligent adherence to Brazil’s complicated compliance laws all make Invoiceware the perfect company to keep this manufacturer’s operation running smoothly in the Latin American region. The Aerospace industry’s reach is wide, Invoiceware’s experience is diverse, and this future business relationship is full of potential.
ReadSoft’s frame agreement with a global manufacturing company also has great potential. The agreement will feature the
use of ReadSoft’s e-invoicing solution, PROCESS DIRECTOR, and will eventually incorporate all of the manufacturer’s business units. The first implementation will begin in the Brazilian unit to streamline its account payable processes, and the entire agreement is worth EUR 220,000. The PROCESS DIRECTOR is an impressive solution, recently certified by the SAP Integration and Certification Center for “Integration with Applications on SAP HANA.” Its capabilities cover all areas of AP processing and management.
PayStream is equally impressed by the global ventures of our sponsors. For more on the diversity of e-Invoicing in Latin America, look out for our upcoming research report, “A CFOs guide to eInvoicing in Latin America: Brazil, Chile, and Mexico.”
