Marsha currently serves as Assistant Treasurer for Republic Services, Inc. She has over thirteen years of experience in the waste industry first at Allied Waste Industries and then with Republic Services as the successor in the first successful merger in the waste industry. Twice during her tenor the Company has won the prestigious Association for Financial Professional’s Pinnacle Award.

Van is currently the Credit Manager for Freescale Semiconductor Inc. Van has been in the industry for many years and has also worked for Motorola Semiconductor and Hewlett Packard as Credit /AR Manager.
Prior to working in the Semiconductor Industry Van was in management in the Banking Industry for several years and thoroughly enjoyed that experience.
Van also served on the Dun and Bradstreet industry advisory committee for many years while employed by Motorola Semiconductor as Credit Manager.
