Consumer Billing and Payment Survey

The purpose of this brief online survey is to gauge collections, billing, and payment professionals' attitudes on a range of bill payment automation topics.  In particular, we seek to uncover organizations' current and planned adoption of specific payment methods and strategies for the coming year.  Areas of focus include web and telephone based payments, recurring payment enrollment, consumer adoption strategies, and electronic self-payments (healthcare).

We will send each participant a copy of our Consumer Payments Automation benchmarking report as a thank you.
