Coupa Acquires Contract Management Provider Contractually
Stephanie Dula 18 Jan 2016Coupa Software, one of our valued partners and a provider of enterprise spend management solutions, announced Thursday that it has acquired Contractually, a contract authoring and management platform.
According to the press release, Coupa has had contract repository and alerting functionality embedded in its Spend Management suite since 2012. Since that time, customers have successfully operationalized hundreds of thousands of signed contracts using Coupa. The Coupa contract repository utilizes contracts for purchasing processes and for tracking of spending. The acquisition of Contractually will make it possible for customers to manage their contracts in Coupa from the moment a contract is created.
