PayStream to Offer NASBA Approved CPE Courses
Stephanie Dula 7 Apr 2016PayStream is pleased to announce that we’ve successfully completed the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) certification process! We are now an approved sponsor of continuing professional education (CPE) on the National Registry. While PayStream has provided high-quality, educational webinars and in-person workshops for free to back-office finance professionals for over 15 years, many of our future webinars will now be accredited, with each 50 minute session providing one credit.
As we went through the process to become certified, we learned a lot about what we bring to the table as compared to other providers out there. We’ve always been a hub and resource center for innovative P2P professionals who seek new ways to drive process improvement and efficiency within their organizations, and as such, our online CPE courses will fall into the ‘Management Advisory Services’ field of study. This category is a broad area that covers subjects related to key processes, achieving efficiencies, improving cash flow, and maintaining profitability. We are excited to see how our attendees respond to some of the changes we’ve made as a result of this process, which will no doubt be clear in our post-webinar surveys.
Whether you are a frequent attendee or a newbie, please keep a lookout for upcoming accredited events, which will be posted on the site, shared via our social media channels, and included in our weekly email newsletter, the P2P Weekly. Our first CPE course, Leveraging P2P Optimization in the Energy Sector, is coming up next Wednesday, April 20, at 2pm EST, and is good for one CPE credit. This session is designed not only for professionals in highly technical industries like energy and healthcare, but any organization that wants to leverage automation to mitigate the complexity of a global supply chain.
