We do not sell, rent or give away the names, physical addresses or email address of any of our customers or subscribers. We do not share any personal information with any third parties nor do we use any personal information for any purposes beyond those stated here.

PayStream Advisors.com does not collect information that can personally identify any visitor to our web site user except when that visitor willingly and knowingly provides that information. For example, we may ask you to identify yourself before we give you access to a particular download. You can choose not to provide that information and still browse most of the rest of the PayStream Advisors.com site. From time to time, before granting access to certain content on PayStream Advisors.com, we may invite you to sign up for our electronic newsletter and to identify yourself so that we can deliver that newsletter. You are free to decline. You will also identify yourself when and if you choose to register as a user of one of our software products.

Of course you must identify yourself when you place an order for a PayStream Advisors product and we will store your name, address and purchase history in our database of customers. PayStream Advisors uses a secure server for online order processing. When you place an order, your credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to the credit card processor; PayStream Advisors does not store this information. We do not see your card number during the placement of an order. After the order is complete, the processor provides us with transaction details that include only the last four digits of your card number.

As with most web sites, our servers automatically record information about a visitor's IP address and referring web site (such as a search engine). This information does not identify individual visitors to our web site. We use this information to analyze the relative popularity of pages within our web site and traffic patterns within the site.

Our site uses page referrer data - that is, information about the page that linked you to our site - to determine to what extent our site is referenced by other resources on the Web. We use this aggregated information to measure the success of various search engines and search terms in bringing visitors to our site. Our site records the browser type to measure use of various web browsers so we can better determine the Internet technologies we may utilize in the design of our pages.

PayStream Advisors.com stores session information to remember the contents of your shopping cart and customer/order information during the order process. This session data is deleted after your order is completed.

Access to server log files and customer records is restricted to system administrators while stored on the server.
